Transformation Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Coordinator to support our digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in driving change across multiple business units by coordinating activities and developing training materials.

Your primary focus will be on facilitating successful adoption of new projects through impactful communications and strategic planning. This includes:

  • Supporting change activities for multiple digital transformation projects, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintaining and updating the organization's Knowledge intranet site, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Gathering and analyzing stakeholder feedback to improve communication strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on communication reach, engagement, and change adoption metrics.

In addition, you will be responsible for drafting clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to different business audiences, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to produce monthly newsletters. You will also develop training materials, storyboards, and other instructional assets, manage logistics for training sessions and workshops, and ensure messaging is consistent with our brand, tone, and objectives.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in change management, change communication, & instructional design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Studies, Change Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex topics.
  • Instructional design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, and intranet tools.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability across diverse business cultures.
  • Strong project planning and coordination skills.
