Electronic Quality Management System Specialist

About the Role:
As a Biomedical Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying Electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) for medical device and healthcare companies. This involves collaborating with clients to implement eQMS solutions that meet compliance standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for healthcare professionals and client teams. You will also act as a subject matter expert in compliance standards and provide clinical application support to hospitals, laboratories, and device manufacturers.
You will work closely with product and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and support feature improvements. Additionally, you will support clients during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent. Prior experience in medical devices, hospital equipment, or clinical applications is essential. Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and MDR is preferred.
You will need excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with medical professionals and regulatory staff. Analytical and detail-oriented skills, along with strong documentation skills, are also required.
A collaborative mindset and adaptability to handle regulatory challenges and evolving customer needs are necessary. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
