The Influencer Marketing Coordinator role supports the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

About the Role:

  • Identify potential influencers across various social media platforms that align with our brand's target audience and values.
  • Develop outreach strategies to introduce brands to influencers, discussing collaboration opportunities.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage logistics of influencer collaborations, including content creation posting schedules, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate influencer content for adherence to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
  • Coordinate campaign execution as the main point of contact for influencers.
  • Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates reach impressions and conversions to assess effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing social media marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools and marketing software.
