Senior Banking Domain Project Lead

We seek a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects within the banking domain.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and clients.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.
- Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Self-motivated and proactive in taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
