DDR Validation Engineering Expert

We are seeking an experienced System Validation Engineer to own and lead IP validation methodology for subsystems/solutions related to DDR5. The successful candidate will work with project teams to understand, review, and develop end-to-end validation plans for DDR-5.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in electronics, electrical, or computer engineering, as well as knowledge of DDR-4/5 or high-speed protocols. They should also have experience in silicon validation for sophisticated SoCs and ASIC products.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test content, finding bugs, and running validation checks. You will also enhance validation methodologies used by the team and guide others to ensure project success.

Required Skills:
  • Experience in electronics, electrical, or computer engineering
  • Knowledge of DDR-4/5 or high-speed protocols
  • Experience in silicon validation for sophisticated SoCs and ASIC products
  • Ability to make trade-offs between power, performance, and area
  • Knowledge of validation test content using C, C++, etc.
  • Exposure to all stages of silicon validation, including use-case validation
  • Exposure to producing validation specifications and documentation
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Demonstrated understanding of CPU/GPU subsystems in SoC environments
  • Hands-on experience in validating multiple subsystems for ASICs/SoCs
