We are looking for highly skilled professionals to join our expanding team of physiotherapists. Kolar is about 1 hour away from KR Puram, Bengaluru; 3 hours from Tirupati and Vellore.

Role Overview

The primary responsibility of the Physiotherapist will be to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed patient assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical evidence.
  • Deliver expert physiotherapy sessions using manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy as appropriate.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and preventive care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in clinical discussions, training programs, and continuous learning initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT).
  • Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy, patient-centric approach, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
