Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
- Provide therapy through exercises, manual techniques, and physiotherapy equipment.
- Apply therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, and heat/cold therapy.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home-based exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
- Support patients in improving mobility, managing pain, regaining strength, and recovering from surgeries or chronic conditions.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records and reports.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical rehabilitation techniques.
- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and physiotherapy tools.
- Expertise in manual therapy and patient assessment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for patient and caregiver interaction.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate patients through recovery.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for individualized treatment planning.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Effective time management and accurate documentation skills.
