Job Title: Safety Expert - FLNG Project Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in loss prevention activities across the energy sector. As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process safety strategies and procedures for FLNG projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive risk management plans to mitigate potential hazards
  • Design and implement fire protection systems, incorporating both active and passive measures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of process safety measures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in process safety engineering, preferably with an FLNG background
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of hazardous area classification, radiation analysis, dispersion analysis, HAZOP & HAZID, foam system design, escape and evacuation, and piping and instrumentation diagrams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on FLNG projects
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as API, ASME, and IEC
