Achieving success as a Key Account Manager – B2B Beauty requires a unique blend of business acumen, creativity, and relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building and Management:
Nurture and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving loyalty and retention.
Conduct thorough account reviews to identify client needs and expectations, informing strategic decisions.
Act promptly to resolve client concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Business Expansion and Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing client accounts and through referrals.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Maintain strong market knowledge, competitor intelligence, and industry trends to inform business decisions.
Marketing and Brand Promotion:
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to create effective communication strategies tailored for B2B clients.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments for maximum ROI.
Event Planning and Execution:
Plan and execute engaging customer events, including workshops, webinars, seminars, and product launches.
Represent the brand professionally at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Establish and maintain strong connections within the industry to expand our reach.
Educational Content Creation:
Develop and deliver customized educational content and sessions to clients, highlighting product benefits and usage.
IDentify client training needs and develop suitable programs to improve product adoption.
Performance Tracking and Analysis:
Regularly review and analyze client account performance, revenue metrics, and relationship health.
Present detailed reports on account performance, providing insights into trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience (4-7 years) in account management, business development, or sales within the beauty or related B2B industries.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Results-driven professional with high fixed and lucrative variable compensation.
Ability to think strategically, plan, and execute projects independently.
Flexibility to travel and participate in external events and meetings.
