Job Summary

At Virtuous Advisors & Resources Private Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and growing our portfolio of corporate customers. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our clients and providing them with efficient and reliable support for their business needs.

Main Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand our existing portfolio.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborating with our product groups and colleagues to enhance wallet share and expand our client base.
  • Presenting well-structured cases to credit committees for approval and ensuring efficient execution.
  • Structuring financial facilities in coordination with Relationship Managers, tailored to meet both client and bank objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 78 years of banking experience, specifically in handling large corporate clients. You should also have strong knowledge of the disbursement process, including legal, valuation, and compliance procedures. Additionally, you should have indepth understanding of financial statements and corporate balance sheets for credit decisionmaking. Preferred Qualifications

A postgraduate degree in business or finance, or a professional certification such as CA, would be an added advantage. You should also have strong credit risk analysis, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience in handling multiple responsibilities and meeting business development targets would be beneficial.
