As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the month-end close process, analyzing and reconciling account balances, and performing bank and credit card reconciliations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Reporting & Month-End Close Process: Manage the month-end close process to ensure accurate financial reporting. Pass journal entries, including adjustments, accruals, and provisions.","
  • Reconciliation & Auditing: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Reconcile payment gateway receipts to ensure accuracy. Audit vendor invoices for errors and compliance.","
  • Accounts Payable & Vendor Management: Process and validate vendor invoices for timely payments. Maintain vendor payment schedules and accurate records.","
  • Accounts Receivable & Billing: Issue and manage customer sales invoices. Monitor receivables and maintain aging reports to ensure timely collections.","
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies. Maintain and organize accurate financial records.","

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to challenges.

Required qualifications include:

  • CPA qualification or at least two cleared CPA subjects.","
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.","
