Health Insurance Agency Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced insurance professional to lead our health agency business across multiple locations.
- Drive the growth of our health insurance agency business by building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit, onboard, and train new agents to ensure successful activation and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and inform business decisions.
- Achieve sales targets by driving revenue growth, expanding premium volume, and improving profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or marketing.
- 3-4 years of experience in insurance sales, agency management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as an MBA or MSc in Marketing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
