As a Partner Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes and optimizing internal projects. You will work closely with the partnership team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Maintain and update active certifications to ensure compliance.
  • Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements.
  • Manage and triage help desk requests with clients efficiently.
  • Coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting on partner center metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions to protect performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities eligible for PAL or POR attribution.
