Role description:

The Operational Head steers the student experience, managing academics and activities. They oversee the budget and collaborate across departments, ensuring clear communication. Their goal is to eliminate obstacles and create a thriving learning environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the operational strategy and manage cross-functional teams.

2. Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress and ensure effective communication within and across teams.

3. Manage P&L and coordinate initiatives with central program teams.

4. Collaborate with academics and student success teams to track student progress and drive outcomes.

5. Develop processes to improve engagement levels and performance through pedagogy, content, and class delivery.

6. Manage campus-level marketing and branding.

7. Partner with industries to deliver internship and placement outcomes.

8. Foster strong collaboration and bonding with partner universities.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 6+ years of experience in category management.

2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or prior software development experience preferred.

3. Goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments.

4. Balance between setting up long-term processes and achieving short-term goals.

5. Empathy towards students and desire for aspirational outcomes.

6. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
