About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned AI Professional to assume a critical position in our technical team. This role entails designing, developing, and optimizing AI/ML models with an emphasis on NLP, computer vision, and large language models.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in Python, as well as practical experience in developing AI systems using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs or other deep learning architectures
  • Collaborate on data collection, preprocessing, and model evaluation
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Experience working with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or related domains
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend integration
  • Solid problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to vector databases, prompt engineering, or LangChain
  • Experience in deploying models to production environments
  • Knowledge of data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kafka, etc.)
