We're on a mission to revolutionize the financial services industry with cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. As an Associate in our Data Intelligence Group, you'll have the opportunity to work on the development and deployment of innovative technologies that combine Large Language Models (LLMs), Agents, Knowledge Graph, and vector search in Cloud environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and ML pipelines for seamless data processing
  • Implement core components including memory management, routing protocols, cache optimization, feedback mechanisms, and chains to enable our in-house AI agents
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams, front-end developers, back-end engineers, and data scientists
  • Build sophisticated multi-agent AI workflows for automated investment analysis and decision-making
  • Prompt engineering techniques for various LLM providers, including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Open AI
  • Develop scalable systems that can handle large-scale document processing during due diligence, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
  • Implement secure authentication and data access controls for sensitive financial information, protecting client confidentiality
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong programming fundamentals in Python, with experience in software engineering or equivalent internship/coursework/projects involving data analysis, machine learning, or software development
  • Genuine curiosity about AI technology and its applications in finance, with a drive to stay updated on industry trends
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills for collaborating with investment professionals
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to rapidly evolving tools, with a passion for innovation and improvement
