About the Role

The role of UX Engineer is a crucial part of our Next-Gen AI R&D team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that enhance the user experience for cutting-edge Generative AI applications. This involves staying current with emerging UX trends, particularly in human-AI interaction, prompt design, agent UI, and conversational UX.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces for GenAI applications.
  • Conduct user research to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with GenAI Engineers to understand the capabilities and limitations of AI models.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to create effective UI/UX solutions.
  • Rapidly prototype and perform quick Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to visualize and test new UI/UX ideas.

Requirements
For this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of total experience, including at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications. You should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing user interfaces, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies. Basic understanding of Core GenAI concepts is also required.
