Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to fill the role of Senior UX/UI Designer.

  • Interact with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to create a foundation for exceptional product experiences.
  • Present research findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create low and high-fidelity wireframes during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to facilitate client understanding of the user journey.
  • Guide the development team on the user journey and provide feedback on design assets.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and ensure client approval.
  • Ensure the development team has all necessary design assets in a timely manner.
  • Review development builds and provide feedback to ensure UX/UI recommendations are implemented.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Confidence, organization, humility, patience, soft-spokenness, quick learning ability, and a drive to excel.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Understanding of human interface guidelines.
  • Familiarity with the app development process.
  • Ability to generate new concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Proficiency in Figma and design thinking.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodology is an asset.
