Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-first interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Your role will involve working at the intersection of brand identity, digital design, and user experience. You will translate briefs into high-impact campaigns, ads, and digital creatives, while also designing clean, modern layouts with strong typography and visual hierarchy.

You will build brand systems that communicate value and elevate perception, as well as own the full cycle of design: wireframe → prototype → polished design. Your focus will be on considering edge cases, responsiveness, and seamless user flows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand & Visual Design:
    • Create visual identities that align with business objectives.
    • Develop compelling ad campaigns and digital creatives.
    • Design clean, modern layouts with strong typography and visual hierarchy.
  • UI/UX Design:
    • Design intuitive, user-first interfaces for web and mobile applications.
    • Owning the full cycle of design: wireframe → prototype → polished design.
    • Consider edge cases, responsiveness, and seamless user flows.
  • Agile Workflow:
    • Work in rapid cycles: design, ship, learn, refine.
Requirements
  • Design Skills:
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
    • Strong understanding of visual design principles and best practices.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Familiarity with front-end development frameworks and libraries.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
