  • Develop high-quality code that meets industry standards through close collaboration with other team members in the Engineering and QA departments.
  • Play a key part in the Agile methodologies that drive all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
  • Create comprehensive technical design documentation at both high and low levels.
  • Work closely with the support team to resolve complex production issues.
  • Participate in peer reviews to ensure quality and consistency in the codebase.
  • Mentor junior developers and help build knowledge bases within the team.
  • Assist with creating detailed technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with QA staff to develop effective testing strategies for specific work items.
  • Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed by management.
  • Support the success of the organization by helping others accomplish their job results, acquiring new skills needed by the team, and finding innovative ways to contribute to the team's growth.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable four-year college or university in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Have 10+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud solutions using the full spectrum of AWS Cloud PAAS offerings.
  • Utilize Nest JS to create efficient backend services.
  • Leverage ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, and Zustand to develop interactive and responsive user interfaces.
  • Apply your expertise in working with SQL databases, including PostgreSQL, to create complex queries and optimize performance.
  • Experience with Docker and EKS is mandatory.
  • A background in building infrastructure resources using Terraform is highly desirable.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS Code Pipeline where possible.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Capable of system tuning, code optimization, and bug resolution.
  • Previous experience working in an agile team is beneficial but not necessary.
