Job Title:

Senior Incentive Compensation Specialist

About This Job:

This role involves designing, configuring and implementing Salesforce SPIFF programs. You will need to understand client requirements and translate them into effective incentive plans.

You will also develop and maintain documentation for SPIFF processes and configurations, provide training and support to end-users on SPIFF functionality, and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SPIFF calculations and payouts.

Additionally, you will stay updated on Salesforce updates and new features related to incentive compensation, optimize existing SPIFF programs for improved performance and accuracy, and architect data migration and integration with other systems as needed.

Moreover, you will participate in testing and reconciliation processes, actively participate in pre-sales cycles to run/customize PoCs, and provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Incentive Compensation Management
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce SPIFF implementation and configuration
  • Hands-on experience with Xactly, Varicent, Calidus, Pigment, Anaplan for ICM
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer
  • Experience with other ICM tools and platforms
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of sales performance management best practices
