Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Head of Safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Policy Development: Design, implement, and review safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Site Visits and Assessments: Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety performance, identify potential hazards, and provide guidance on corrective actions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of safety professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with department heads to integrate safety into all aspects of business operations, ensuring a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 19 years of experience in EHS roles within industrial construction, preferably with EPC contracting organizations.
  • Education: A B.E./B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001, or 14001 Auditor are preferred but not mandatory.
