Identity Engineer Position">

We are hiring an experienced Identity Engineer to design, implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of identity management principles and experience with SailPoint technologies.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation
  • Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven, Ant) to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, cloud services like AWS, Azure), APIs (REST/SOAP), and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth).
  • Author secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic.
  • Monitor and support SailPoint environments with Tier 2/3 incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.
  • Collaborate across Cyber, Engineering, and Business teams to gather requirement, deliver secure IAM capabilities, and ensure governance/compliance alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Identity & Access Managementwith significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability—all underpinned by Care, Courage, and Commitment.
