Our vision is to be a dominant force in the e-commerce fashion space. We aim to create personalized experiences and engage customers across all touchpoints.

 

As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in pricing, discount changes, and tracking margins. You should have a background in ecommerce sales and be able to adapt inputs as needed.

  • Plan channel and category level inputs in tandem with Supply plans to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Ensure achievement of Topline and Trade Margin at a daily level at all channels to drive business growth.
  • Sustain ROS for all Rebuy styles to maintain profitability.
  • Act on inputs basis the visibility funnel to optimize customer engagement.
  • Have a weekly cadence with channel partners to review actual vs plan along with KAM to foster strong relationships.
  • Plan, execute and optimise discounting on all channels during Events to drive sales.

 

This role requires 2-4 years of experience and preferred candidates should have a degree from NIFT or similar educational backgrounds.
