The primary coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the department. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to coordinate schedules, events, and activities for students.

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate student schedules and manage day-to-day operations within the department.
- Ensure seamless communication with parents, teachers, and staff by maintaining regular updates and notifications.
- Develop and implement efficient record-keeping systems to track student progress and ensure accurate data collection.
- Support teachers with administrative tasks and provide guidance on best practices for teaching and learning.
- Maintain compliance with school policies and procedures, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Relevant experience in education or administration, preferably in a primary setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.

Qualifications
