We Are Looking For:

A Strategic Supplier Management Expert who will support the Category Manager in effectively managing strategically important suppliers and efficiently sourcing key external workers.

Job Description

  • Negotiate and contractualize Frame Agreements with T2 suppliers, supporting the Category Manager on T1 suppliers as needed.
  • Liaise with HR stakeholders and business teams to ensure timely definition and implementation of requirements during contract negotiations.
  • Support the development of long-term relationships with strategic suppliers and provide input to the Category Manager to mature market analysis.
  • Monitor Category Agreement performance in line with objectives, capturing best practices and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports on purchasing activities, verifying PO status and chasing payments.

Requirements

  • Any graduate with 4-7 years of work experience, preferably familiar with procurement administration and purchasing systems like IFS (AMOS & NADIA) and MS applications.
  • Familiarity with purchasing regulations and legislation in the country of operation, understanding of service contracts, and fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally, including offshore.

Key Behaviours and Inter-Personal Skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of Contingent Workforce Management processes, systems, and best practices in a Procure to Pay context.
  • Knowledge of External workforce and risk associated.
  • Understanding of service contracts and external worker regulations, labor law expertise/background, and knowledge of external worker procedures and regulations.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
