The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to take ownership of Master Data Governance (MDG) implementation for MDG-S (Supplier). This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent technical skills and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical aspects of MDG-S work packages, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to business and functional requirements
  • Design, configure, and implement MDG solutions, overseeing the delivery of high-quality results that adhere to best practices and standards
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery of MDG-S implementation projects
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, leading complex technical problems and ensuring quality and efficiency in all development activities
  • Perform hands-on configuration and customization of MDG components, including Supplier Master Data, Data Models, UI Configuration, and Workflow Configuration
  • Oversee system integration with other systems (SAP, non-SAP, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow and adherence to data governance policies
  • Develop and execute test plans, support system testing, and resolve issues that arise during development and implementation
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, integration guides, and troubleshooting procedures

Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in implementing and managing MDG (Master Data Governance), with a strong focus on MDG-S (Supplier) solutions
  • Experience in MDG with Integration and Interface expertise, including IDOCs, Webservice, ODATA REST APIs
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MDG and its technical aspects, including data modeling, governance workflows, and UI/UX design
  • Proven track record of leading technical delivery on large-scale MDG projects, from initial design through to go-live and support
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and presentation skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide flexible work arrangements, allowing selected candidates to combine office and home working. Our office locations are Pune and Bengaluru, and we welcome applications from both locations.
