You will play a key role in helping customers maximize their data's potential to improve operational and business decisions.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored data science solutions using advanced analytics techniques.
• Develop high-quality analytics systems that solve complex business problems using statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Write clean, collaborative code to process big data from various sources and deploy it to production environments.
• Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter optimization to yield high predictive accuracy and deploy models to cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
• Implement best practices for geospatial machine learning and develop reusable technical components for rapid prototyping.
• Integrate ArcGIS with popular deep learning libraries such as PyTorch.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in machine and deep learning and apply them to project delivery.

• 5+ years of practical experience in machine learning or applicable academic/lab work.
• Proven data science and AI skills with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Experience in building and optimizing supervised and unsupervised machine learning models including deep learning techniques.
• Master's degree in RS, GIS, Geoinformatics, or a related field with knowledge of RS & GIS.
• Knowledge of ESRI products like ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Strong communication skills, including to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in Python programming.
