Job Title: Product Transformation Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Transformation Expert to join our team. As a Product Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for providing business and process consulting expertise to help grow and expand existing client engagements within various industries.

As a key member of our team, you will utilize your subject matter expertise to strategize and deliver process and IT technology transformational initiatives via consulting skills. You will provide thought leadership delivering business value to clients, developing reusable assets in the process.

Key responsibilities include developing innovative solutions using digital and emerging technologies in context of client problems, contributing to business growth by identifying opportunities and influencing downstream IT projects.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience gained ideally within the continuous manufacturing industry and/or a consulting firm. Demonstrable industry-based subject matter expertise in relevant functions/client base is also essential.

Responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise to front office client engagements, advising clients on best-of-breed solutions from process and technology standpoint, leading and helping shape solution approaches and design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Work Experience and Knowledge in Product Development Process Areas in Continuous Manufacturing Industry (BoM Management, Configuration Management etc.)
  • In-depth Knowledge in Manufacturing Value Chain Processes, Industry Trends, and Enabling Technologies
  • Technical Expertise & Hands-on Experience in One or More PLM Tools (Windchill, Team Center, SAP PLM, Enovia, etc.)
  • Work Experience in Product Analytics Area like Product Performance, Reliability Testing, Market Analysis
  • Understanding of Enterprise Technologies like PLM, ERP, etc.
  • Hands-on Experience in Any of the PLM/CAD/Engineering Tools
  • Experience in Project Management
