Treasury Management Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Treasury Management Professional to fill a key position in our organization.

  • Reconcile corporate bank accounts on a daily basis as part of the daily cash projection process.
  • Review and prepare weekly cash reporting for distribution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues with banks related to store deposit accounts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with treasury policies, having strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare monthly cash, deferred financing, and treasury accrual journal entries.
  2. Enter journal entries into financial systems.
  3. Act as administrator for online banking and credit card portals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or a similar finance role.

The selected candidate will be required to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality, having excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

This role requires strong Excel and financial reporting skills, proficiency in financial systems and software preferred.
