Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns with the goal of driving user acquisition, maximizing return on investment (ROI), and scaling our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have B2B SaaS marketing experience with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead campaign creation and management across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.

Growth Initiatives :

  • Drive growth through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.

Requirements :

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Manage significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search and other relevant platforms.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
