Job Title: Technical Consultant

  • This role is ideal for an experienced ServiceNow professional looking to leverage their skills and expertise in a dynamic organization.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading ServiceNow engagements, developing technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Candidates will have a proven track record of success in implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as experience in HRSD implementation, CMDB integration, and enterprise onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute technical solutions in capacity as a ServiceNow lead, subject matter expert
  2. Coach and advise other Developers
  3. Document and gain acceptance/approvals of selected final solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in the following ServiceNow HRSD applications/features: Case Management, Knowledge Management Portal scripting and custom widgets, Employee Document Management, Enterprise Onboarding Transitions, 3rd party Integrations like Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Kronos Group etc., Chat Virtual Agent
  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages
  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices Certifications ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist is must ITIL v3 certification Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills Successful teamwork experience demonstrated leadership abilities
