About our company:

We are a multinational organization focused on renewable energy and electric drive products, including wind power generation, photovoltaic generation, and industrial drive products.

We have 5 R&D and manufacturing bases, 30+ global service bases, and sales and service centers in various countries, employing around 2200 people, including over 600 R&D engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support for PCS/BESS products, including debugging, maintenance, and modification work.
  • Conduct on-site troubleshooting and guide customers to handle simple faults themselves.
  • Manage on-site spare parts and track inventory to ensure normal operation of the unit.
  • Maintain customer relationships and communicate regularly with on-site customers, organizing and providing feedback on customer opinions.
  • Learn and understand the working principle of our PCS/BESS products and provide training to on-site customers.
  • Adhere to departmental rules and report work on time.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is proficient in English
  • Has a self-motivated mindset and can plan in ambiguous situations
  • Has experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS
  • Is based in Rajasthan (preferable)
