We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a role in our team responsible for providing technical support to customers.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in electronics and electrical engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in the solar industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training;
  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email;
  • Remote and on-site troubleshooting and repair of inverters;
  • Data collection and reporting on after-sales support cases;

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, and able to travel frequently. Good communication skills and fluency in English are essential.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
