We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial agenda of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, and planning. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide data analysis support and help make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing financial analysis models to inform operational decisions across the organization
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on cost optimization initiatives
  • Contributing to annual budgeting and revisions processes
  • Automating existing models and tools to enhance scalability
  • Providing strategic insights for operations planning and cost management
  • Evaluating and improving methodologies that underpin our business models and tools
  • Fostering partnerships with operations personnel to drive process improvements and cost savings initiatives
  • Managing regular results reporting and facilitating financial review meetings

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
  • Strong background in creating process improvements through automation and analysis
  • Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes
  • Proficiency in financial accounting principles
  • CA or MBA qualification

Prior experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, as well as other financial systems, is highly valued.
