Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to oversee the management of financial transactions, preparation of financial statements, and support for various accounting activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate PI/Tax invoices and update ledgers.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely collections from clients.
  • Process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and accurate payments to vendors.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyze variances.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as Senior Account Manager/Experience in CA firm.
