About the Role

This role involves driving sales growth by developing and managing a network of franchise partners. Key responsibilities include optimizing existing franchisee performance, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging strong relationship-building skills within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Franchise Network Development: Identify prospective franchise partners, conduct feasibility assessments, and negotiate franchise agreements.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales and franchisee channels, monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Franchisee Management: Onboard new franchisees with detailed product training and compliance guidelines, provide ongoing support—regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching—to ensure targets are met.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitor data, track market developments, and feedback insights to the regional sales head, recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 – 5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills & Competencies: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach, good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
