Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Operations professional to empower leaders across Life Sciences to make better data-driven decisions.

The role requires an understanding of corporate, product strategy, and operational/compliance constraints to deliver IC plans that drive desirable behavior and performance.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams for goal setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales field.

Additionally, the successful candidate will analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports using SQL and advanced Excel skills.

They will also assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence.

Further, they will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies.
  • Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and good work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
