Lead Energy Storage Systems (ESS) Division

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our ESS division. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical expertise in energy storage technologies, system integration, and project execution, along with leadership abilities to guide technical teams and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Design and Integration: Lead the design and integration of ESS projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership on battery chemistries (e.g., Li-ion, LFP, solid-state, flow batteries), power electronics, and system integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Project Management: Oversee project feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies for O&M (operation & maintenance), performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
  • Industry Insights: Stay ahead of emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Track Record: Proven track record in ESS system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with EMS (Energy Management Systems), SCADA, and controls.
  • Lifestyle Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
