Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children.

The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, working closely with families to ensure consistent progress, and collaborating with other therapists and educators to deliver comprehensive care.

The Speech Therapist will also be involved in documenting progress, preparing reports, and participating in team meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with speech and language disorders.
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborating with other therapists and educators to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Documenting progress and preparing reports.
  • Participating in team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan future treatments.

Requirements

  • Skills in Speech Therapy, Dysphagia.
  • Experience with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses to practice as a Speech Therapist.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with children with special needs is a plus.
