
High Salary: Senior Customer Experience Coordinator

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative II, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform high-end order processing tasks for assigned regions using Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, BaaN, PRMS, Macola, AS400, and other applications used by the function.
2. Engage in activities to provide an enhanced customer experience and ensure adherence to company procedures, policies, and systems.
3. Ensure performance metrics and SLAs are met and adhere to daily turnaround time for orders as per set TAT guidelines.
4. Proactively call out issues that can potentially hamper business processes and solve a range of straightforward problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.
Requirements:
1. Preferably Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration.
2. 2-3 years of hands-on experience on Order Management.
3. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication and social skills.
5. Highly thorough and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle time effectively.
7. Customer-oriented and ability to adapt and respond to different types of tasks.
8. Flexible to work in Night Shifts.
