Job Opportunity: Experienced digital design engineers with 5+ years of experience in RTL to GDSII design flow are sought after.

We are looking for skilled professionals with strong technical expertise in synthesis and timing analysis, hands-on experience across the complete RTL to GDSII flow, and a proven ability to debug and resolve design and timing issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Synthesis and Timing Analysis: Developing Design Compiler (DC) constraint files, performing pre-timing synthesis on RTL designs, and executing pre-static timing analysis (Pre-STA).
  • Collaboration and Support: Working with cross-functional teams to achieve design closure and ensure high-quality deliverables, including physical design activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RTL to GDSII design flow.
  • Strong background in synthesis, STA, and physical design processes.
  • Hands-on expertise in writing DC constraint files.
