Designing Future Digital Experiences

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centric interfaces for cutting-edge web and mobile applications.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, as well as proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, and Lovable. Hands-on experience with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals is also essential. The ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations is highly valued. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with developers to ensure accurate execution of designs. Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Use design tools like Figma, Canva, and Lovable to speed up workflows
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished UI designs
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations
  • Build and manage design systems, style guides, and reusable components
  • Collaborate with developers for accurate execution of designs
  • Apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance features and user experiences
  • Mentor junior designers and promote a collaborative design culture

Required Skills:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Lovable, and other design tools
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to align with dev teams
  • Hands-on experience with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and user-centered design
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for user-first, modern design
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
