This includes mental wellness, fitness, nutrition, diagnostics, medicines, and regular doctor appointments.

The COVID-19 pandemic has further exacerbated this issue, resulting in a substantial increase in out-of-pocket expenses for employees. Moreover, existing systems often lack accessibility, leading to a disconnected experience for employees.

This is where Visit Health comes in – a comprehensive solution for all employee health benefits needs. We help companies build customized wellness programs focused on primary care aspects such as fitness, mental health, doctor teleconsultation, and OPD programs. This not only reduces out-of-pocket expenses but also promotes healthier workforces.

We have successfully addressed the gaps in employee health benefits in India, creating a streamlined platform that increases employee engagement through gamification.

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our high-energy team.

You will play a key role in shaping our tooling, development cycles, and testing frameworks. As part of our agile team, you will work closely with colleagues to drive innovation and scalability across all engineering functions. Your expertise in NodeJS and data integrity will be crucial in ensuring seamless data management across multiple storage systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing data according to established guidelines.
  • Developing reports and analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluating changes to source production systems.
  • Developing data pipelines to standardize data.
  • Handling multiple sources of data and structuring large datasets for effective analysis.
  • Using visualization tools to present complex data insights.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in solving problems using large amounts of data.
  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL and NoSQL.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
  • Reporting and data visualization skills using Tableau or similar tools.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases to provide software recommendations.
  • Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
