We are a fast-growing EdTech and college guidance company helping students pursue undergraduate studies abroad.
Our team specializes in:
- Standardized test preparation for SAT and AP exams
- College admissions guidance for top global universities, including the US, UK, Canada, and more
- Personalized mentorship for high school students targeting leading international institutions
We are looking for a skilled generalist to work closely with our founder on driving business growth, building key relationships, hiring talented professionals, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue partnerships with schools, international counselors, and education partners
- Develop and execute business development strategies, including setting up meetings and webinars
- Manage sales pipeline and lead generation efforts
- Collaborate with our founder to improve conversion rates and develop effective sales strategies
- Hire and onboard educators, counselors, and operations staff
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, business development, or startup roles
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with both students and professionals
- Highly organized and proactive, with a passion for international education and youth development
- A full-time role in Koramangala, Bangalore
- Direct mentorship from our founder
