**Job Description:**

SUMMARY

This role is responsible for managing administrative matters of client companies and developing relationships with clients. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and development of client files, review corporate agreements, and coordinate legal and administrative activities.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare corporate documents such as directors' resolutions, powers of attorney, and share certificates.
  • Assist in the incorporation and termination processes of companies.
  • Provide fee quotations to clients and charge fees accordingly.
  • Monitor productivity and performance against targets to ensure individual financial and client targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate information in client files and ensure that all necessary documents are available.
  • Work closely with managers to maintain the client database and provide advice on complex requests.
  • Develop and update legal manuals and procedures.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Routinely hold a relevant Bachelor's Degree (Law / Economics) or be qualified as a Company Secretary.
  • A minimum 8+ years of experience in legal and corporate services.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with well-developed spoken and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages being an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good decision-making and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take accountability for results.
  • Proven leadership and team player skills with ambition to excel in the role.
