Job Title: Equity Corporate Actions Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. A team player with NISM-Series-II-A certification, handling a team of 5-7 persons.
  2. Good knowledge of RTA operations in listed and unlisted sectors, managing SLAs and timelines as per SEBI's master circular.
  3. Manage various types of equity corporate actions, including dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues.
  4. Experience with unlisted equity admissions, including SME/main board IPOs.
  5. Coordinate AGM/EGM/voting/postal ballot processes.
  6. Handle internal audits, SEBI audits, system audits, and automation integration with IT support.
  7. Communicate efficiently with clients on corporate action-related queries and admission matters.
  8. Closely coordinate with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) and SEBI for corporate actions and admission processes.
  9. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  10. Stay updated with job-specific knowledge and apply it.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a commerce background, good knowledge of RTA operations, and a post-graduation degree is desirable.

6-7 years of experience in RTA/depository participant/share broking firms are required.
