About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled Accounting Professional to handle daily accounting tasks, ensure statutory compliance, and support management with accurate financial reporting.

You will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), ledger entries, and preparing/reviewing budgets and MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Accounting Tasks: AP, AR, and ledger entries
  • Prepare and Review Financial Statements: budgets, MIS reports
  • Perform Month-End and Year-End Closing and Reconciliations:
  • Ensure Compliance: GST, TDS, ITR, and other statutory requirements
  • Manage Inventory Accounting: cost analysis
  • Support Audits: proper documentation
  • Generate Reports: as needed by management
  • Process Entries: contra, journal, receipt, and payment
  • Optimize Costs: work with teams to improve processes
  • Follow Accounting Standards: company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience, must have worked under a CA or in a CA firm
  • Proficient in Tally (knowledge of Zoho or other ERP tools is a plus)
  • Good understanding of AP/AR, GST, MIS reporting, and compliances
  • Experience with inventory accounting is preferred (F&V domain is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools
