Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled communications professional to lead our team's internal and external communication efforts.

Key responsibilities include developing and deploying effective corporate and external communication strategies, managing internal communications through collaboration with cross-functional teams, researching, writing, and designing content for various channels, planning and initiating communication initiatives for organizational events, and maintaining knowledge of company policies and brand guidelines.

The successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office are also essential.

  • Proven 4+ or 8+ years' experience as a communications specialist
  • Experience in copywriting and editing for various platforms
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
  • BSc/BA in public relations, communications, or relevant field

A typical day in this role includes working on emails, presentations, website and social media content, newsletters, leadership communications, and collaborating with leaders across the organization and the communications team to meet deadlines and build a strong brand.
