Job Title: Space Experience Curator

This role requires a skilled professional to transform spaces into experiences, blending imagination with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed blueprints, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design software.
  • Develop technical drawings and design documentation to support accurate execution by contractors and vendors.
  • Translate client requirements into visual concepts that communicate the design intent and functionality.
  • Maintain organized design files and ensure all documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and suppliers to integrate all design elements seamlessly.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
  • Source high-quality products that align with project aesthetics, durability, and budget requirements.
  • Prepare material boards and samples for client approval before procurement.
  • Ensure all design solutions adhere to building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Industrial Design (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design visualization software.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in architectural/interior design, project coordination, or related field.
  • Proven track record in preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
